2013 Recap

As 2013 has come to a close and 2014 begins we wanted to take a moment and look back at some of the wonderful things we did over the past year. We were very blessed with an incredible 2013, so 2014 has a lot to live up to!

JANUARY 

 

In January Shelby started her internship with Jessica Simpson

FEBRUARY

In February we took a cupcake walking tour and played in the snow in Central Park after a blizzard

MARCH

 

In March Ethan came to visit and we went to see Book of Morman on Broadway

APRIL

 

In April it was finally warm enough to dine outdoors so we celebrated with brunch at a neighborhood spot and a trip to Central Park

MAY

 

 

In May Shelby graduated with her Associates degree from FIT. Our parents came in town to celebrate and we had tea at the Plaza Hotel and tons of other adventures around the city

JUNE

 

In June Ashley went to the top of the Empire State Building for the first time.

JULY

 

In July Shelby recapped her European adventures in England, France, and Italy

AUGUST

 

In August we celebrated living together in NYC for one year, made a trip to the beach, and we got locked out of our apartment for a night

SEPTEMBER

 

 

In September we took a weekend trip to Washington DC and then we each shared "A Day in the Life" 

OCTOBER

In October we spent a fabulous weekend out in the Hamptons and Shelby turned 21!

NOVEMBER

In November we took a trip to San Fran / Napa Valley and went to the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade

DECEMBER

 In December we enjoyed all of the holiday activities NYC has to offer before heading to Dallas for Christmas.

We were very blessed with an incredible 2013, so 2014 has a lot to live up to!
